SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Pataca & Palmer Essentials. We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the following business day.

DELIVERY TO THE UK

Standard delivery to UK addresses typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays and customs processing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by location and are typically 10–21 business days. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at alastairdeanthony403@gmail.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before completing your order.
