RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Pataca & Palmer Essentials. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it
  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened health, beauty, or personal care products unless the item is faulty or damaged.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at alastairdeanthony403@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on where to send your item.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at alastairdeanthony403@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval, please first check with your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at alastairdeanthony403@gmail.com and we will investigate.
