We want you to love every product from Pataca & Palmer Essentials. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at alastairdeanthony403@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: skincare products, hair growth oils, vitamins, and supplements. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
